Partners buy into Recognition PR as contracts stack up
Two long-standing partners at North East public relations consultancy, Recognition PR, have bought a minority stake in the business.
Caroline Walker and Jamie Collis have both bought into the business at the same time as a number of key contract wins.
The additions include major national accounts, manufacturers and high quality service providers.
Among Recognition’s new clients is highly-regarded energy sector company OGN Group, which is one the North Eastof England’s major offshore engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) specialists.
Recognition has also won Incognito Artists, a prestigious entertainment group, which over the last 15 years and has performed at more than 6,500 shows, selling in excess of 3.5 million albums worldwide.
Recognition has also secured a contract with V4 Flooring, the leading supplier to retail of responsibly sourced, quality hardwood flooring. The company boasts an extensive collection of flooring ranging from traditional solid oak planks to contemporary engineering floors with innovative new finishes.
Established in 1990, Recognition PR represents over 75 clients from a range of business and industry sectors including the well-known celebrity rehabilitation clinics, The Priory Group and Dragons’ Den star Duncan Bannatyne.
The business recently invested £350k in new offices to facilitate its growth at Morton Palms in Darlington.
