Stoke Audi hat-trick in prestigious Q Power Awards
Staff at Stoke Audi are celebrating after topping the table in Audi’s prestigious Q Power awards – for the third year running.
The leading motors business, based on Stanley Matthews Way, Stoke-on-Trent, was named top of the league in their market area during a recent Audi Head of Business trip.
Stoke Audi Head of Business, Philip Jones, said: “We are absolutely thrilled to have been named top of our area for an exceptional third year in a row.
“This is a fantastic achievement and a real testament to our superb colleagues here at Stoke Audi, their exceptional dedication and the consistently strong customer service that we offer.”
The national Q-Power Audi awards are how the company rank excellence and measure performance across the whole of the UK Audi network.
Each dealership is scored on a number of criteria including sales, return on investment and staff. The most important elements are based around customer satisfaction and loyalty, which makes up 35 per cent of the total score.
Stoke Audi was judged against 14 other dealerships in its area. The winners were announced during a Head of Business trip to the Oman attended by heads of business and brand directors from across the Audi network.
Stoke Audi is part of the family owned Swansway Group and recent relocated to £6 million state of the art premises next to Stoke City FC’s Britannia Stadium, just a mile from j15 of the M6.
