Greater Manchester’s James Briggs Ltd. reports highest revenues in 180 years
Greater Manchester-based manufacturer of aerosols and consumer chemicals, James Briggs Ltd, has announced its highest quarterly revenues for 180 years.
The manufacturer delivered turnover well ahead of expectations in the past quarter, showing 20% growth versus the same period last year.
The results follow a transformative year for the company that has been driven by significant investment. The business has been steadily expanding its base to include other premises across Manchester, and was named supplier of the year at the recent WD40 Awards.
Jim Sumner, chairman of James Briggs Ltd, said: “We’re incredibly proud of the hard work and diligence undertaken by our staff since completing our MBO in June last year, and are thankful for the ongoing support from our investors and supply partners.
“We’ve witnessed some significant changes within the business over this period and will be sustaining this momentum with continued delivery of high quality products for customers as well as further investment in our people.”
