New Bid Manager aims to build Keepmoat's business in West Midlands

Keepmoat has appointed highly experienced Bid Manager Janet Stirzaker to lead its successful bid team in the West Midlands.

Housing and regeneration specialist, Keepmoat, has made the appointment as it seeks to expand its successful housing regeneration division across the region.

The move will see the company look to expand its regeneration division in the West Midlands which made improvements to more than 22,000 houses in the area in the last 5 years.

Janet has more than 10 years’ experience in the construction industry and has honed her skills on some of the region’s biggest contracts.

She joins Keepmoat from Bullock Construction where she worked as a Bid Manager having previously been at Lovell Partnerships as a Business Development Manager.

Janet aims to foster a winning spirit on the Keepmoat bid team and bring an integrated approach to contract tenders.

Janet said: “The opportunity to head up Keepmoat’s bid team for the West Midlands was too good to turn down. By providing house building, regeneration and repairs and maintenance divisions Keepmoat offer a fantastic range of services to current and prospective clients.

“Keepmoat is currently expanding to become a larger company in England, Scotland and Wales and the West Midlands is one of our main target areas for growth.”
