Care home group bringing 50 jobs to Lancashire
Fifty new jobs are to be created in Lytham and the Fylde thanks to care home group, Lakeview Rest Homes.
The career opportunities follow the roll-out of an investment and expansion programme by the company, which has four high quality care homes: Lakeview, Newfield Lodge, Rosewood and The Moorings.
The group specialises in the provision of five star care for the elderly and the company’s investment in expansion of its flagship care home, ‘The Moorings’, is one of the major factors in the current recruitment drive.
Lisa Reilly, manager at the Lakeview Rest Homes group, says: “We offer a standard of care and facilities which are second to none.
“As a family run business, we’re committed to the very highest standards of care, and recruiting the right people to deliver that commitment is a critical part of our expansion programme.”
The company is offering a wide range of opportunities at all levels, including carers, senior carers and deputy managers, across all four of its care homes.
Lisa continues: “We offer quality care with a difference, specialising in a personal approach that recognises the importance of independence, dignity and choice.
“We’re looking for people based locally who can meet those high standards and ensure that we continue to manage our growth while maintaining the quality of care that has helped ensure the comfort of our residents and the trust of their families.
Previous experience in a care home is not necessary for many of the roles but Lakeview is looking for caring individuals with a friendly, approachable and enthusiastic personality. The company will provide successful candidates with a comprehensive induction and training as required.
“If you’re passionate about making a difference and you’re a caring person, a job at Lakeview could be a very rewarding career move,” Lisa adds, “as well as an opportunity to be part of a growing and dynamic business.”
