Yorkshire Training Provider launches Reading centre to increase businesses productivity

Yorkshire vocational skills provider, Pitman Training, is partnering with Enliven Training Ltd and launching a centre in Reading this week, at Bowman House on Bridge Street, to provide quality training to jobseekers and career developers and fulfil the vocational skill requirements by Reading employers.

The changing nature of work and in turn the skills which are now required for businesses to succeed in Reading have led to a high demand in vocational training. As a consequence, there is an increasing need for quick, flexible and economic forms of training to ensure that businesses continue to evolve and remain productive.

Heading the Pitman Training centre in Reading is André Bedlow, who said; “We determined that Reading town centre would be the ideal location to open a training centre to help people get the career of their dreams and to improve the productivity and success of businesses. In doing so, we are proud to be partnering with Pitman Training Group, as we feel that their strong brand and reputation for providing the best quality training on offer within the market place, will help us to achieve these aims.”

André, who was previously Senior Manager at Mace Group, and set up Enliven Training ltd towards the end of 2013, said of his decision to collaborate with Pitman Training; “business and consumers are turning to Pitman Training for a combination of reasons, and the strength of the brand and their reputation for enhancing CVs and opening doors is undeniable. The flexibility of full-time, part-time and start-any-time training Pitman Training offer, their tried and tested learning system with the latest audio visual techniques and practical workbooks with exercises means that students learn effectively and retain their new or updated skills for immediate and effective use at the workplace. All of this adds up to a successful formula to transform lives by helping our students to get the skills that they need to unlock the career of their dreams and for businesses to access those skills to gain global competitive advantage.”

Andrew Walters, Franchise Sales Director at Pitman Training Group said; “We are very excited about the launch of a new training centre and business venture with our partners in Reading. Reading is a thriving commercial centre and an ideal location for a Pitman Training centre as it has the benefit of being within close proximity to London, but also harnesses its own continuous flow of inward commuters.”

Pitman Training are looking forward to continued growth of the business on both a national and international scale, and welcoming new franchise partners to the current network. There are many exciting franchise opportunities available in several areas throughout the UK, including Bournemouth, Milton Keynes and Oxford as well as opportunities overseas.
