Context PR hires online marketing specialist
Technology PR firm Context has hired Daniel Hackney to handle online marketing both for the consultancy and clients. Dan joins the Cheshire based agency from software resourcing firm Totalamber and brings both technology expertise and marketing know-how. In his new role Dan will be bringing digital content marketing and search engine analytics capabilities to Context.
Starting life as a database software developer, Dan moved into marketing after completing his business degree at Keele University and has since worked in a variety of online marketing and communications roles with software and recruitment companies such as Redstone and Evolution Recruitment Solutions.
Context managing director Frank Smith commented: “Dan will help us to provide a more complete online PR and content marketing offering to our clients with an enhanced ability to provide the sort of analytics information that helps organisations see where their campaigns are delivering value.”
Dan has over 15 years’ experience in information technology and marketing, has numerous technical qualifications, a dual honours degree in business and is a member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing.
