Kinetic Data to Unveil New Version of Kinetic Task at Upcoming Gartner Catalyst Conference

Platform-agnostic engine is a big advance in enterprise request management (ERM) system backbones

Kinetic Data, developer of innovative enterprise request management software, will be giving attendees at the August 11-14 Gartner Catalyst Conference the first peek at the company’s core service request task management backbone software.

Kinetic Task is an advanced automation engine that enables companies to fully integrate workflow processes between virtually any enterprise application in order to streamline service request approvals, scheduling and fulfillment.

“A key objective of the conference is for attendees to get knowledge and actionable insights into how to build a digital business based on services,” said Kelly Heikkila, Kinetic Data’s director of product development. “The new version of Kinetic Task as a backbone for ERM is a core infrastructure requirement in being able to build such a business.”

Platform-agnostic, Kinetic Task communicates using common protocols with virtually any enterprise application, such as ERP, human resources and ITSM platforms. It provides a non-proprietary ERM approach for centralized business process automation and service delivery management.

General release of Kinetic Task version 4.0 is expected in September 2014.
