Wealth management firm invests in Ilkley expansion
Skipton wealth management firm, John Coldwell Pension and Investments Ltd, has invested in Ilkley, moving to the International Development Centre.
They have taken one of six office spaces in the building being marketed by Dacres Commercial.
It has recently been divided into six high quality office suites which the Yorkshire based estate agent is currently marketing for between £3,300 and £34,300 per annum.
Matthew Brear of Dacres Commercial says: “We are thrilled that John Coldwell Pension and Investments Ltd has chosen this fantastic building for its new office.
“These high class offices represent a unique opportunity for businesses to base themselves in an attractive setting without the daily grind of travelling into a city centre. The fact the building is such a well-known landmark furthers its appeal.”
