Manchester property management firm Capital Properties expands into London
Innovative property management and animation business, Capital Properties, has added to its office network with new premises in London’s Marble Arch as it seeks to capitalise on growing demand for its services in the South.
The Manchester-headquartered business has had a record year, adding major clients and new properties-under-management in locations across the UK including Scotland, the Midlands, London and the South East.
Mark Burgess, managing director of Capital Properties, said: “We’ve had a remarkable year, with national reach and turnover growing on a monthly basis.
“Our portfolio in the south has grown significantly in the last 24 months and we are getting regular approaches from developers and fund managers in and around London for our tailored property management services.
“Our investment in London is a critical element of our growth strategy that will see us cement our position as a major instigator of change in our industry.
“This isn’t change for change’s sake, either. We’re demonstrating remarkable return on investment for our clients, helping generate revenue, retain tenants and create destinations that add real value.”
Capital has taken 4000 sq ft at Marble Arch Tower.
