Keepmoat Property Services secures £8.5 million Midlands contract

Doncaster-based Keepmoat Property Services, a division of national housing and regeneration specialist Keepmoat, has won a multi-million pound contract to complete repairs and maintenance works to thousands of homes across the Midlands.

The company has won a five year responsive maintenance and void property works contract with worth more than £8.5 million with Jephson Housing Association Group. The contract also has the potential to extend for a further five years.

The contract will see work undertaken to more than 1,405 properties including elderly and disabled residents’ supported housing.

Helen Francis, business development director for Keepmoat Property Services, said: “We are delighted to be working in partnership with Jephson Housing Association Group, providing services to thousands of homes across the Midlands.

“This contract is a great addition to our Spire Homes contract in terms of supporting our growth strategy and increasing coverage in the Midlands area.”

Paul Crow, Jephson housing manager for the East, said: “We are delighted to be working with Keepmoat and look forward to being able to deliver a first class service to our customers. We work hard to ensure our homes are the best standard they possibly can be, and we are sure our chosen contractors will be up to the task.”

The contract will deliver services to homes in Milton Keynes, Luton, Melton, Nottingham and Northamptonshire.

Jephson Housing Association Group manages more than 16,000 homes across the country, providing low-cost homes for families, the elderly and people who have support needs.

The contract comes after Keepmoat Property Services’ recently won a ten year contract to provide a repairs and planned maintenance to more than 5,000 homes in Northamptonshire and Rutland on behalf of Spire Housing.
