Nolan Redshaw secure sale of Leisure Centre in Leigh
Acting on behalf of the former Managing Director of Northern Trust, Nolan Redshaw has sold the former Lancastrian Squash Leisure Centre to a regional children’s nursing chain for an undisclosed fee.
On the sale, senior surveyor at Nolan Redshaw, Neil Higson commented; “We are delighted to have achieved the sale of this landmark building in Leigh as part of our growing number of instructions within Lancashire.”
The nursery operator will be carrying out a full refurbishment of the property, which is located next to the new proposed Transport for Greater Manchester (TFGM) guided busway route.
