Kinetic Data gives Gartner Catalyst attendees advanced look at big advance in workflow automation software
Soon-to-be-released automation engine Kinetic Task serves as the backbone for business process workflow systems
Kinetic Data, developer of innovative enterprise request management and business process workflow software, provided an advanced viewing of Kinetic Task to attendees of the 2014 Gartner Catalyst Conference in San Diego, Calif.
Kinetic Task is an advanced automation engine that enables companies to fully integrate workflow processes between virtually any enterprise application without making major infrastructure changes.
“This event is focused on helping drive operational effectiveness,” said Kelly Heikkila, Kinetic Data’s director of products. “It’s a great place for us to give technical professionals a peek at a product that can wring out massive inefficiencies in business process workflows without having to change out their current technology infrastructure. This isn’t a rip and replace type of innovation.”
Platform-agnostic, Kinetic Task communicates using common protocols with virtually any enterprise application, such as ERP, human resources, enterprise request management (ERM), and ITSM platforms. It provides a non-proprietary approach for centralized business process automation and service delivery management.
Attendees were given an opportunity to see and learn more about how Kinetic Task: 1) fosters enterprise agility; 2) streamlines business processes; 3) improves customer satisfaction; and 4) reduces costs.
General release of Kinetic Task version 4.0 is expected in September 2014.
