ITHS Ltd take space at Bury South
ITHS Ltd have taken 9,000 sq. ft. of new industrial accommodation at Bury South Business Park, Dumers Lane, Bury. â¯
The scheme, comprises 40,665 sq. ft. of industrial warehouse, trade counter accommodation, speculatively developed by Property Alliance.
There is 25,490 sq. ft. remaining, with 4,165 sq. ft. currently under offer.
Neil Higson, senior surveyor, Nolan Redshaw commented; “Bury South is a rare speculative scheme in Greater Manchester. With good transport links to the M66 and M60, interest has been strong to date. Now that the units are completed, and there is activity on the estate, we expect a domino effect will take place with regard to new enquiries. As the accommodation is available on a leasehold and freehold basis, the target market is wide and the marketing approach can be flexible.”
Nolan Redshaw acted joint with WHR Property Consultants, on behalf of Property Alliance.
