Leading homecare provider, SweetTree Home Care Services, has appointed Zsuzsa Kollati as HR Manager.
SweetTree provides specialist domiciliary care for those with dementia, mental health related illness, learning disabilities, brain injuries, neurological conditions and palliative care needs. With head offices in central London, SweetTree employs over 400 people, including support workers, service managers and an office based team.
As HR manager Zsuzsa will be responsible for planning, implementing and evaluating employee relations and all staff policies, programmes and practices. She will be leading and directing the HR function to deliver a comprehensive service across the business, while assisting with recruitment, training provision and performance management.
Zsuzsa holds a degree in Human Resource Management from Kingston University. An experienced manager, Zsuzsa joins SweetTree from gourmet pizza delivery company Firezza. While there Zsuzsa helped the fast-growing company to successfully recruit up to 50 new team members each month, ensuring adequate training and development was provided across all areas of the business.
Commenting on her appointment, Zsuzsa Kollati said: “SweetTree is a fantastic organisation with strong values and a clear commitment to employee training and development. I am looking forward to the challenge of working with the company as it continues to expand its team and the care services it provides.”
Barry Sweetbaum, SweetTree managing director, said: “At SweetTree we believe that providing a high quality care service begins with employing the best people. Zsuzsa brings enthusiasm, experience and an understanding of the importance of a value-driven culture. We’re sure she’ll make a valuable addition to the team as we enter the next stage of our development.”
SweetTree has been providing quality homecare for over a decade and has achieved Investors in People Gold standard. It is the only company of its kind to work with an independent advisory board, which guides and informs the company’s operations.
