A step in the right direction for expanding CD Recruitment
CD Recruitment have partnered with Raw Talent Academy as they step up their plans for growth and look to take on a number of Resource Analysts from just one recruitment day!
Surrey based CD Recruitment - who are recognised experts in IT sales, IT Technical, IT Marketing Recruitment, Construction sales, Medical sales and Business Service Sales - will soon be moving to new purpose built offices in Epsom and are looking to recruit the next generation of leading employees across a number of their teams.
Raw Talent Academy, whose specialise in entry level Sales Recruitment and Training, have been enlisted by CD Recruitment to assist them by sourcing high calibre candidates to attend a bespoke Audition Day on the 2nd September 2014.
The Audition Day will see CD Recruitment’s senior management team assessing the candidates as they complete real life based sales and recruitment tasks. All candidates will find out on the day whether they have secured a position and Raw Talent Academy are expecting a large number of applications due to this opportunity being very attractive to candidates. CD Recruitment offer structured training, exceptional opportunities for progression, a fantastic “work hard, play hard” culture and one of the best commission schemes in the market today.
The Audition Day will be run by Raw Talent Academy and held at Epsom Downs Racecourse. The unique Academy process has been designed by Raw Talent Academy’s founder Lee McQueen to provide candidates with a platform to demonstrate their ability so that clients can judge the candidates based on what they can do and not what is on their CV.
