West Yorkshire’s Slumberdown secures very comfortable deal with Asda
West Yorkshire based bedding manufacturer, Slumberdown, has secured an exclusive deal with supermarket retailer Asda.
Slumberdown, part of Huddersfield’s John Cotton Group, aims to widen its appeal into premium brand bedding for the Gearge @ Asda range of general merchandise.
The new range will be available in stores across the UK from September and includes 10.5 tog duvets and pillows.
The Slumberdown brand experienced significant growth in 2013 following a series of major product launches, new listings and significant investment in marketing.
Sales and marketing director, David Page told Prolific North: “We’re incredibly pleased to be working with Asda with our new Sleepwell collection. We’ve spent a great deal of time and effort perfecting the product and we’re confident that it’s a strong product offering and will prove to be a popular range.”
