WM360 launches Hubbit: a new mobile app for enterprise
WM360, the specialist business consulting and technology services firm, has today announced the launch of its new mobile app for business. Hubbit offers businesses the use of their intranet entirely through mobile devices and is built to optimise SharePoint.
Hubbit is a gateway to all the tools and information needed to create an engaged and connected workforce. It can be used for a number of functions by a variety of different personnel; Managers can easily manage holiday requests, absence, accounts and more on the go. Field personnel are able to receive updates on their next job via push notifications and access useful documents even when offline, through cached storage. New starters can access everything they need all in one convenient place.
Richard Acreman, CEO of WM360, comments:
“With mobile devices becoming increasingly popular amongst enterprises with the growth of BYOD, we saw the need for an effective collaboration tool for businesses to use when on the move. With Hubbit, all employees have access to their own internal intranets meaning they can access any document they need at any time. This ability will really revolutionise employees’ ability to work as effectively on the move as they do when at their desk.
With the lines between personal and professional lives continuing to blur, businesses should be looking towards business-to-employee apps to get the most out of their mobile workforces.“
Hubbit currently works with iPhone and Android, with a Windows release on the horizon.
