Perfect Image launches IT solution to deal with summer downturn
Perfect Image, a North East-based IT services company, is helping members of IT teams from businesses across the region make the most of their downtime during the summer holidays.
The firm, which is based at the Cobalt Business Park, helps to strengthen businesses through effective use of IT, and part of this provision is overseeing the smooth running of operations during periods of annual leave.
Perfect Image works with clients remotely providing a service desk solution, meaning the managed services team can oversee the day-to-day running of a client’s infrastructure, freeing IT managers of their time.
Billingham-based North East Truck and Van, a commercial vehicle dealer group, has received assistance from Perfect Image in covering the IT manager’s period of annual leave.
Andrew Robson, CEO of Perfect Image, said: “Many people look forward to time away from work and jetting off to sunnier climes. However, for IT managers working in small departments, the dream holiday can become somewhat of a nightmare.”
Mr Robson continued: “The summer holidays are notoriously known as ‘silly season’ – it’s difficult to get in touch with people, projects slow down and it all becomes a bit of an inconvenience, having a real impact on business. Through our offering this need not be the case for IT managers and their teams.”
