Bristol Street Motors plans Newcastle dealership creating 30 new jobs
Bristol Street Motors is investing in a new multi-million pound dealership in Newcastle.
Bristol Street Motors Newcastle, which is expected to open in late August, will be a multi-brand site offering new Alfa Romeo, Fiat and Jeep cars.
Part of Vertu Motors PLC, the sixth largest motor retailer in the UK, the dealership will increase the Group’s outlets to 109 and create up to 30 new jobs.
The firm, which recently opened a new dealership in Hartlepool, has completely refurbished the former Audi site on Scotswood Road.
The new dealership will be managed Dax Pearce who has more than 20 years experience in the industry, particularly working with Alfa Romeo.
Robert Forrester, CEO of Vertu Motors said: “We are continuing to develop the Group by adding to existing franchise relationships as well as exploring new manufacturer partners.
“This prestigious new dealership will enhance our presence in Newcastle, where we already operate a successful Honda site and boost our partnership with Alfa Romeo, Fiat and Jeep.”
