North West marketing agency celebrates double contract win
PR and marketing agency Active Profile have won two contracts allowing it to expand its two key sectors, science and technology and property and regeneration.
Active Profile, which has offices in Liverpool, Manchester and London has been appointed by English Cities Fund (ECf) and 350 Investment Partners LLP, managers of the North West Fund for Energy and Environmental.
Active Profile is working with English Cities Fund, a joint venture between Muse Developments, Legal and General and the Homes and Communities Agency (HCA), on its New Bailey scheme in Salford.
New Bailey includes a 143-bed Premier Inn, which has been forward funded by La Salle Investment Management, a 615 space multi-storey car park and One New Bailey a 125,000 sq ft, eight-storey office development.
One New Bailey, the Premier Inn and the car park are all currently on site and Active Profile is implementing a full PR and events programme for the scheme.
350 Investment Partners, managers of the North West Fund for Energy and Environmental, has appointed Active Profile on a 12 month contract.
The agency won the contract following a competitive tender process. Active Profile will deliver strategic marketing and PR campaigns that support the Fund’s investment activity in the region’s energy and environmental sector.
