Active Profile, which has offices in Liverpool, Manchester and London has been appointed by English Cities Fund (ECf) and 350 Investment Partners LLP, managers of the North West Fund for Energy and Environmental.
Active Profile is working with English Cities Fund, a joint venture between Muse Developments, Legal and General and the Homes and Communities Agency (HCA), on its New Bailey scheme in Salford.
New Bailey includes a 143-bed Premier Inn, which has been forward funded by La Salle Investment Management, a 615 space multi-storey car park and One New Bailey a 125,000 sq ft, eight-storey office development.

350 Investment Partners, managers of the North West Fund for Energy and Environmental, has appointed Active Profile on a 12 month contract.
The agency won the contract following a competitive tender process. Active Profile will deliver strategic marketing and PR campaigns that support the Fund’s investment activity in the region’s energy and environmental sector.
Anna Heyes, managing director of Active Profile, said: “We are really pleased to have both new clients on board. These recent contract wins were won based on our track record in both sectors and on our strategic approach to interpreting the briefs.
“We are already working with Muse Developments, one of the partners in ECf, on the City Place scheme in Chester on the City Place scheme so we are excited with this opportunity to extend our relationship with them further. We are also looking forward to leveraging our expertise in the energy sector and our regional knowledge to deliver tangible results for the North West Fund for Energy and Environmental.”
