North East Web Agency Ranked in Top 5 in UK Elite
Leading North East web development agency, Enigma Interactive has been named as one of the top 5 elite digital agencies in the UK as part of The Drum’s Digital Census 2014.
Enigma placed in the top 5 of the elite category for medium sized agencies (26-50 staff) putting them ahead of hundreds of other agencies from all over the UK and cementing their position as one of the UK’s top digital development agencies.
The results which are compiled by The Drum, leading marketing and digital media publication, were released earlier today (17th September 2014) at a briefing event held in London. The Drum’s annual digital census is the biggest of its kind and provides a comprehensive review of the digital marketing agency landscape and throws a spotlight on the best agencies in the UK.
Working in Partnership with the Recommended Agency Register, The Drum assesses agencies across three main dimensions; financial performance, client satisfaction and peer recognition. Agencies who rank consistently well in all three achieve elite status.
Enigma Interactive which is based on the Newcastle Quayside and owned by Managing Director Steve Grainger, has been at the forefront of web development and digital technology since it was established in 1997. This makes it one of the longest established and most experienced agencies in the region. Since opening its doors Enigma have worked with big national clients like BBC, ITV, EMI, The Open University and Rowlands Pharmacy and well-known local companies like Northern Powergrid, Nexus and Watson Burton.
Managing Director Steve Grainger said:
“Being named as an elite agency in such a competitive industry is a huge achievement and something we are immensely proud of. We’re obsessive about delivering the very best - and most effective - digital projects so to be recognised as one of the best in the UK is fantastic.
The census rates agencies on financial performance, client ratings and peer recognition and for us the most important part of that recognition is the consistently high level of ratings we receive from our clients.
We’re headquartered in the North East, but consider ourselves very much a national agency. I’m very proud of our team here, it’s testament to the talent that we have at Enigma that we have been placed so highly for our size at a UK level.“
This is the latest accolade in a long line for Enigma, earlier this year they were also named in the Top 5 for customer service in the Drum’s Independent Agency Census, as a Top 100 agency by the Recommended Agency Register (RAR) and nominated for RAR digital awards for their work in mobile and ecommerce.
