A success before it starts - more than 30 parties welcome new luxury housing development in
A luxury new housing development, courtesy of David Wilson Homes, has been declared as a success before it has started, having attracted a crowd of over 30 potential buyers at its launch weekend with two homes being reserved. Visitors from near and far, all hoping to secure a stunning property in Northallerton, a quaint town that lies between the Yorkshire Dales and North York Moors, offering transport links to the major cities of Leeds and Newcastle, visited over the weekend.
The site, on Yafforth Road, is currently in the early stages of development but will eventually house 143 two, three, four and five bedroom lavish family homes once the build is complete. With prices of the 16 currently released properties ranging from £214,995 to £399,995 and off-plan purchasing available, the properties are expected to sell quickly.
Debbie Foster, Sales Manager for David Wilson Homes Yorkshire East, commented: “We’re all really excited after the launch of our Castlegate development, I am pleased to say there was a lot of interest and some very positive comments over the weekend. We are thrilled that two homes have already been reserved, demonstrating a strong demand for this housing in the area. There was also a great mix of people that came along to the development, with first time buyers, couples, families and retirees all coming down to have a look around. With the properties already proving popular, we would recommend prospective buyers to view our five star homes sooner rather than later.”
