Everyone’s favourite hero next door arrives at Manor Walks

Manor Walks Shopping and Leisure will play host to a family favourite television character this September as Fireman Sam travels from Pontypandy to Cramlington.

Children from across the region will have the have opportunity to see their favourite Hero Next Door during his visit to Northumberland’s largest retail and leisure destination on Sunday September 21, 2014.

Free meet and greet sessions with the popular children’s television character will take place throughout the day in Centre Mall at 11am, 12noon, 1:30pm, 2:30pm and 3:30pm, and will be offered on a first come first served basis. Opportunities for families to take photos will also be available.

Manor Walks’ general manager Bruno Coppola said: “Set in the heart of the community we are always keen to reward our visitors with free and exciting events. The arrival of Fireman Sam in Cramlington is sure to be a popular event so I’d urge families not to miss out.

“His meet and greet sessions are sure to be a great hit with families and we’re looking forward to the great atmosphere his visit will bring to Manor Walks.”
