Newcastle-based recruitment consultancy firm, Nigel Wright, has been on a recruitment drive in the past year and is planning on creating up to another 20 jobs.

The firm has hired 38 new staff members over the past year, 21 of which being consultants based in Newcastle.
The company has made a priority of hiring the best local talent to help fuel its domestic and international growth.
CEO Paul Wilson, said: “Despite the high number of people joining us, maintaining quality is crucial to our talent acquisition strategy and therefore we have a rigorous process in place for identifying and selecting the best people.
“To grow our business and strengthen our position as a world leading specialist recruiter, we need to hire more talented individuals who are intelligent and hungry for success.
“We are interested in hiring up to twenty new consultants who will embark on a comprehensive training programme here in Newcastle, which could lead to opportunities to work from one of our other UK or international offices.”
