CBRE’s Manchester’s office has unveiled the development located in Carnforth, North Lancashire, featuring 45 fully furnished residential units
The units, which vary between 1,2,3 and 4 bedrooms are set around a marina with active moorings.
Tewitfield Marina is currently operating as a holiday accommodation business with planning permission granted to develop an additional accommodation block containing 11 further one and two bed units.
Director of CBRE’s Manchester Specialist Markets team, Shaun Skidmore, commented; “This is a rare and exciting sale of a successful business with potential for a purchaser to add value through further development. The attractive inland marina setting is certain to attract interest and we are looking forward to speaking to interested parties.”
