Hill Dickinson appointed legal advisers to VUE
The corporate team of the North West law firm Hill Dickinson has been appointed legal advisers to Manchester-based Vision Unique Equipment (VUE).
The family business, which is headquartered in Trafford Park, manufactures and supplies in vehicle CCTV and accident recording systems to commercial fleets across the UK and Europe.
It currently has an annual turnover of £4million, and is planning for further expansion.
The corporate team at Hill Dickinson has been brought in to advise managing directors - sister and brother team, Glen Mullins and Kay Neild – on how best to further increase their company’s fast-growing market share in the commercial fleet sector.
Ian Gillis, corporate partner at Hill Dickinson, said: “I am delighted that Hill Dickinson has been appointed as legal advisors to VUE to assist Glen and Kay with their ambitious growth plans for the business.
“At Hill Dickinson we have a strong sector focus on the automotive and logistics sectors and our counter fraud group itself delivers market leading counter fraud management to the insurance industry, passenger transport companies, self-drive hire organisations and self-insured corporates - so it is a space we know well.”
