PTM LLP named as Adderstone Group Partner for £17 million development
Paterson Tighe Morton LLP is delighted to have secured a commission with Adderstone Group worth £17 million, months after completing another £17 million project with the construction industry leader.
The commission, for a 250 bed student accommodation contract in Ouseburn which will be known as Stepney Yard, will see PTM lead the project and cost management element of the project.
PTM recently provided the same services to Adderstone Group on the £17 million student accommodation project at Union Square in Ouseburn, a project that started in April 2013 and opened its doors to 228 students in August 2014.
PTM Partner, Jamie Paterson, said: “It is wonderful to see the working relationship between PTM and Adderstone Group developing so strongly. Our aim is to always be excellent value and deliver to such a high standard on projects that no other provider will get a look in on subsequent contracts. I think we definitely achieved that when I look at the work we did on Union Square, which was a huge factor in us securing this next project.”
James Atkinson, Adderstone Group surveyor said: “Adderstone Group and PTM have enjoyed a very successful working partnership on recent projects.
“Stepney Yard is another exciting development for us both and we’re looking forward once again to working with PTM to deliver some of the highest quality student accommodation available in the city.”
