Major residential buy-to-let apartment project for Manchester
North West property company Pinnacle MC Global has revealed details of a £70 million apartment complex development they are bringing to the Manchester residential market.
The project, called Angelgate, will comprise of 344 units located near the city’s Northern Quarter and the NOMA area of regeneration, based around the new Co-op headquarters and Victoria train station.
Pinnacle MC Global has bases in Manchester and Wilmslow. Interior designs of the buildings will be provided by BLOK Architecture Ltd.
The buildings will offer a two-level gym – which will be free of charge for residents’ use - landscaped roof gardens with views stretching over the city, secure underground parking, and a pair of electric Smart cars, which residents will be able to hire for their personal use.
Pinnacle says these cars, with a range of 100 miles between charges, show their commitment to the inner city environment of Manchester.
Planning permission has been granted for this project, and Pinnacle plan start work in December 2014, with completion estimated for February 2016.
The company sees the apartments as providing good investment opportunities for the buy-to-let market, fitting in with Manchester City Council’s Grow initiative which is expected to be finished by 2017.
