Head of Sales and Marketing appointed as business sets strategy for rapid growth
Maersk Training has announced the appointment of Lee Atkinson as Head of Sales and Marketing, as it looks to take advantage of increasing market demand for its training solutions.
Lee will be responsible for driving forward sales growth within the maritime, wind, and oil and gas industries, as well as coordinating all UK marketing activity and product development.
Lee has joined Maersk Training from his position as Head of Partnerships for Fleetcor’s International Reseller Business where he managed all aspects of the sales, marketing and digital strategy.
Lee, said: “Maersk Training has an exceptional reputation in the energy industry for delivering market leading training, and I look forward to supporting the senior management team in aligning the business for a sustained period of growth, while still maintaining excellent customer service.
“My focus is to develop a scalable sales and marketing strategy that allows for a proactive response to customer, market and regulatory demands. We have ambitious growth plans which I have no doubt we can achieve by building on the solid foundations in place.”
