London Vietnamese restaurant chain Pho plans expansion
London-based Vietnamese restaurant group Pho has opened its biggest London venue and has secured two new sites in the capital.
The new restaurant, which is by St Paul’s Cathedral, is the company’s 10th restaurant in the capital.
The new venue, which is located at One New Change and can seat approximately 110 diners features a “Pho to Go” counter and an authentic Vietnamese street food cart.
The group aims to double its portfolio within the next three years with a target of 25 sites in total.
Pho has just secured two more London sites, one at Bedford Hill in Balham due to open next month, and a second at Covent Garden due to open in early 2015.
The group also has a venue in Brighton and another in Leeds, with a restaurant for Grand Central Station in Birmingham planned for this month.
