Major Letting at Haslemere Industrial Estate, Wigan

Commercial Property Specialists, Nolan Redshaw, has secured a 30,000 sq.ft. letting for Landlord, Blackstone Properties, at Haslemere Industrial Estate in Wigan.

Briggs Equipment have signed a new lease on Haslemere Industrial Estate, leaving just two units of between 5,000 – 20,000 sq.ft.

Said Neil Higson, Senior Surveyor at Nolan Redshaw, “to achieve a letting of this size, in the current economic climate, clearly demonstrates the efforts of our Agency Department and that of our Joint Agents, as well as the landlords’ commitment to ensuring that their vacant properties are refurbished to a high standard.”

Sanderson Weatherall and DTZ are Joint Agents on the scheme.
