North East’s most active commercial property deal maker scoops award

John Taylor from Teesside Commercial Property Consultants Parker Barras, has been awarded the North East’s Most Active Deal Maker in the region 2014, compiled by Estates Gazette Magazine.

The award recognises the individual surveyor who has been involved in the most commercial property transactions within the North East throughout the last 12 months.

Parker Barras’ Commercial Director John successfully managed to close 49 transactions, more than any other agent in the region according to the magazine.

John said ‘’ It’s been an amazing year, we have invested a lot of time and effort into ensuring we are at the forefront of the commercial agency work in the North East, through our extensive internet marketing of commercial properties.

I believe the properties receive more internet exposure from Parker Barras than any other agent in the region resulting in a record number of deals completed, contributing towards our continued growth. We are ideally located with our Teesside and Newcastle offices to service properties throughout the region, we are certainly making a name for ourselves within the industry.

With demand rising for commercial properties in the region and our ‘No Upfront Fee Policy for landlords’ along with our continued innovative approach we are looking at increasing the total number of deals completed in the forth coming year by 40%’’
