DTZ star Eamon Fox joins Knight Frank in Leeds

In the most high-profile move in the Leeds property market this year, DTZ star Eamon Fox has joined Knight Frank as a partner and head of KF’s office agency team.

A property source told BDaily: “This is a massive coup for Knight Frank, underlining the firm’s pulling power in Leeds. Eamon Fox is widely regarded as the most accomplished office agent in the city, if not in Yorkshire.

“Eamon has a superb track record with DTZ, advising on some of the most important commercial property deals during the past few years. This is a big loss for DTZ and a tremendous gain for Knight Frank.

“Supported by fellow office agency partner, the highly-respected Lizzie Ridler, Knight Frank now boasts the strongest and most experienced office agency team in Leeds.”

It is understood that Fox will join Knight Frank in January.

Since joining DTZ in September 2004, after graduating with honours from Northumbria University, Fox has worked on some of the best-known office developments in Leeds, including No.1 Leeds, Bridgewater Place, Yorkshire House, No 1 Whitehall Riverside, 10 South Parade, Broad Gate, and Pinnacle, the 20-storey tower in the heart of Leeds.

His clients include many high-profile developers including F&C REIT, Bruntwood, Rushbond, Hermes Asset Management, the Gregory Property Group and MEPC.

The source added: “Eamon has a comprehensive and successful history of providing marketing strategy, development and letting advice to landlords and investors throughout the Yorkshire and Humberside region.
