The newly merged business, which is expected to have annual revenues of £3 million, will adopt the Collier Pickard brand identity.

The newly merged company will retain Collier Pickard’s stance as an independent CRM consultancy but will continue to offer and support other CRM systems, including Act!, Infor CRM, Maximizer CRM, Microsoft Dynamics CRM, and Sage CRM.

Managing Director of Avrion Jon Wilkins has taken the role of Commercial Director in the newly merged company.

Collier Pickard managing director Mike Collier said: “Collier Pickard and Avrion are both familiar names to many organisations in the UK who are looking to implement or develop a CRM system.

“The merger of the two businesses creates a new force in CRM consultancy; implementation, development and support that will be available to help any business from an SME to a global corporation select the right approach to customer relationship management for their needs.

“Both Collier Pickard and Avrion have a proven track record of helping clients match an approach to CRM to their unique business requirements in order to help build a culture of CRM and ensure the long term success of the initiative.

“Clients of the newly merged company can rest assured that they have access to a team of experts, not just of their particular system but also the best practices, culture and ethos that surrounds CRM.”
