Top 200 North East businesses
It wasn’t the wind howling outside which shook the Stadium of Light this morning but rather the applause congratulating all businesses in the Journals Top 200.
Businesses of all sizes from all over the region came together under one roof to celebrate some of the North East’s top performers. Even on a dark blustery morning the event was well attended and everyone wanted to be a part of a positive gathering focusing on the achievements made by businesses within the last year. There were 22 new entries this year and even more inspiring four firms made it into the chart with fewer than a dozen staff.
Here are the winners of this morning’s event.
Number One Company: Nissan Winner of Public Limited Company: The Go-Ahead Group plc Winner of Privately Owned Company: Addisin Motors Ltd Winner of Inbound Business: Nissan Motor Manufacturing Ltd Private Equity Funded Company: R&R ICE Cream Ltd
The Top 22 offers an opportunity to celebrate the success, resilience and innovative thinking that hallmark many of our regions companies. Well done to all those involved in making the event such a success, attending as a guest I thoroughly enjoyed myself.
