New home for leading South West housebuilder
A leading South West housebuilder has relocated its head office as the company strengthens its position to expand and recruit personnel for a promising new future.
Persimmon Homes Severn Valley has moved from Yate to a new purpose-built office in Portishead. The premises have been named Davidson House after Duncan Davidson, who founded the group in 1972.
Carl Haley, managing director of Persimmon Homes Severn Valley, said: “As a successful and growing region, the time was right to relocate and build our very own new offices for our business. Furthermore it showcases our commitment to invest, not just in bricks and mortar but in our staff. The vibrant marina side location is a major plus factor for my staff.
“Portishead is a fantastic location to settle a business as it has great communication links to service the new homes and communities we are investing in across Gloucestershire, Bristol and North Somerset. We are continuing to attract interest in new job opportunities and have a number of staff, graduate and trainee positions available to fulfil our growth plans.”
