Leeds-based Fraser Projects secures £200,000 dental practice roll out

Leeds-based interior fit out and building refurbishment specialist Fraser Projects has secured almost £200,000 of work, on the roll out of a series of dental practices nationwide.

Working on three sites for main contractor Longcross, Fraser Projects will provide a turnkey solution, transforming three empty spaces, each in the corner of a large supermarket, into professional, welcoming dental surgeries.

The multi-disciplined team has already completed the fit out of a 60sqm dental surgery in a new build Sainsbury’s store in Blackpool. The demanding 10-day project saw 12 of Fraser Project’s specialist tradesmen provide suspended ceilings, stud walls, flooring, joinery and decorating services, leaving the client with a neat reception, waiting area, two dental suites, stores, kitchen space and fully functional plant room.

The team then moved on to tackle similar works in Leicester with a third job in Preston due to commence later this month.

Commenting on the roll out, Fraser Projects’ managing director Ryan Fraser said: “It is fantastic when we secure a series of related contracts as it allows us to demonstrate the consistent quality of our work. We are adhering to tight schedules and budgets too, which illustrates just what is possible with the right team in place.

“I personally think that these in-store dental practices are a great idea. They provide a convenient way for busy professionals and families to slot healthcare appointments in and amongst the other commitments that come with a bustling home life. And they are fresh and welcoming too – which makes the dreaded visit to the dentist that little more bearable.”
