Award winning business coach gets set to share her formula for change

AWARD WINNING BUSINESS COACH GETS SET TO SHARE HER FORMULA FOR CHANGE

Business owners struggling to implement a time management system that frees them up to deal with growing their business are being invited to join the UK Number 1 ActionCOACH Pam Featherstone at her Leverage workshop next week (Wednesday 12th November).

Multi-award winning Coach Pam, who has over 30 years business experience herself, says:

“I want people to be able to work less, have more money and more free time to spend with their family - and to simply do the things they want to do!  It’s all about learning how to systemise 80% of your business – the routine, everyday tasks – so that you can free up your own time while having a more efficient team and enterprise as a whole.

“During this workshop, I will be sharing my Formula for Change.  To grow your business you first need to build up the knowledge and vision you have of it in order for you to make the necessary changes in the workplace. So it’s important to first identify what it is you need to manage before systemizing your processes and getting your team on board to ensure the business then runs like clockwork.  It’s only by getting to the nuts and bolts of your organisation that you can clear a pathway towards your goals and growing your business.”

This is the latest session in Coach Pam’s 6-month rolling programme of ActionCLUB seminars, designed to take businesses through tried and tested successful business strategy.

The ActionCLUB workshops are held on the 2nd and 4th Wednesday of every month at the ActionCOACH headquarters in Hedon Road, Hull.  Business owners can choose to attend at either 10am or 5pm.  Each workshop is for 2 hours. Meals and refreshments are also provided.
