Commercial Property Partner joins Taylors
Niche commercial law firm, Taylors, has appointed Nick Trowell as Partner to head up its Commercial Property department.
Nick has a wide range of commercial property experience gained from being in the sector for more than twenty years, during which time he has acted for developers, investors, lenders, national retailers and commercial property owners.
He has advised on many complex transactions including established developments, urban regeneration schemes, the acquisition of portfolios of properties and high value lending transactions. He also specialises in acting for the developers of renewable energy schemes.
Prior to joining Taylors, Nick led the Commercial Property team at Heatons in Manchester, and before that, was a Partner at Eversheds.
Speaking of his appointment, Nick said, “I’m delighted to be joining one of the few truly commercial mid-tier practices in the North West and I am looking forward to working with the firm’s existing and new clients to deliver its range of niche commercial legal services.”
