The Beattie Partnership - Making ESOS Less of a Chore.

With the government’s new Energy Savings Opportunity Scheme (ESOS) finalised, and an imminent date looming to assess qualification status by 31st December 2014, The Beattie Partnership is helping businesses to work this new legislation into their wider building management strategies.

ESOS is a new scheme that’s designed to help big businesses and institutions to identify energy savings from their building stock. Created so that the UK meets strict new EU rules on energy use and monitoring, the scheme mandates an energy audit from qualifying businesses every 4 years.

The result of this audit will be a set of recommendations on how to improve those buildings or add renewable systems.

Paul Giness of The Beattie Partnership, advised “While some businesses look on this as an extra hassle, we’re helping businesses who want to build ESOS into their general building management plans. By doing this, businesses can plan ahead and prioritise improvements, setting aside funds and calculating savings without making the process into a chore.”

If you feel that your business could benefit from a helping hand with ESOS, call The Beattie Partnership at their Manchester Office on 0161 228 2224 or at their London Office on 0207 183 8321
