James Hinchliffe wins top national accolade
James Hinchliffe, the CEO of Sheffield’s Voice Marketing, has been named the most respected and influential name in the call centre industry.
A poll by website and information portal call-centres.com saw the head of the company which employs more than 500 people at its sites in Woodseats and Broomhill, Sheffield, receiving the vast majority of votes in the national survey.
The winning citation commented: “James has grown a company which many people want to work for and importantly, one where innovation is encouraged and nurtured.
“It is no surprise that his past and current employees voted for him in their droves.
“However, the vast majority of James’s votes weren’t from employees. They were from clients, suppliers and business partners.
“The supporting comments with their votes were about a man who has strong values which fosters success and who is so likeable that they really enjoy working with him.”
James said: “Thank you to everyone who voted for me. I am extremely honoured and flattered to have received all of your support.
“A big thank you to everyone at Voice for making it such a great business!”
