Northgate Vehicle Hire appoints Head of Workshop Delivery
Northgate Vehicle Hire, market leaders in flexible vehicle hire and fleet solutions, has appointed Steven Graham as its new Head of Workshop Delivery.
Previously working as Head of After Sales at Bentley Motors in Crewe, Steve is host to extensive experience and expertise in customer service, or customer orientated. In his new role with Northgate, Steve’s responsibilities will include responsibility for overseeing all Northgate’s national workshop operations – through working closely with the Northgate’s eight area workshop managers.
Steve commented: “What attracted me to the Northgate is its industry leading in-house workshop network, which ensures their vehicles are serviced and maintained in an efficient and convenient way, ensuring minimal disruption to their customers’ business operations.”
He continued: “Customer service delivery is underpinning all aspects of business operations and it is certainly an exciting time to be joining Northgate, where I am looking forward to building on Northgate’s success and being part of their ambitious growth strategy.
