Taylor&Emmet shortlisted for major property award

Property litigation specialists from Sheffield’s Taylor&Emmet LLP are in the running for a top industry award, recognising their quality of service and breadth of expertise.

Taylor&Emmet is one of five firms shortlisted in the legal services category at this year’s national Property Management Awards and the only candidate from Yorkshire.

The winners will be announced at a ceremony in London on December 4, after the results of a public vote have been combined with the decision of an independent panel of experts. The judges include representatives from the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors, British Property Federation and the Federation of Private Residents Associations.

Organised by property forum, News on the Block, the awards celebrate the professionalism of specialists working within the industry. To make the legal services shortlist, Taylor&Emmet had to outline its experience in the sector, including notable cases and the challenges it has met and overcome. The firm also had to demonstrate its depth of knowledge and excellence in client communications.
