£14 million sales success for Lancashire housing developer
A Lancashire based housing developer is celebrating the sell-out of two of its developments, while a third has just one property remaining.
The total sales so far are worth £14 million.
Windsor Court, located on Windsor Road, Garstang, has seen all six of its two and three bedroom bungalows sold.
All 34 of the one and two bed apartments at the St Annes based St George’s Court have also been sold.
Just one property remains at the Jubilee Meadow site in Walmer Bridge, near Preston, one of Hollinwood Homes’ fastest selling schemes.
Residential development director of Hollinwood Homes, Mark Chadwick, said: “At Hollinwood Homes, our ethos is to provide a high quality house product that is always going to be distinguishable in design while meeting purchasers’ demands, needs and requirements.
“Combined with an increase in buyer demand we’re in a fortunate position to only have one property remaining at our Jubilee Meadow development.”
