Hillstreet Shopping Centre creates over 160 Christmas jobs
Hillstreet Shopping Centre in Teesside has created more than 160 Christmas jobs, according to The Gazette.
Hillstreet Shopping Centre is home to 53 outlets, including Debenhams, Monsoon, M&S, Primark and Pandora.
Peter Drabble, Hillstreet Centre manager, said: “As we gear up for our busiest time of the year, we are pleased to be able to create more jobs for local people.
“With retailers starting to see an improvement in the general market, we are expecting big numbers of people in the centre this Christmas and our stores are all busily preparing for this.
“In essence, there have been over 200 jobs made available and although many of these vacancies will have been filled, there are still vacancies at stores like Thorntons, Card Factory, Sports World, The 3 Store, Discount UK, Cafe Nero and possibly EE.
“People can follow the link on our website to find what vacancies we have available.”
For information about the temporary positions at the centre, visit the Hillstreet website.
