New Finance Director for Leading Cheshire Law Firm

Aaron & Partners LLP has announced the arrival of Steve Marsh as its new Finance Director, taking over from David Gerrard who will retire early next year after 23 years with the firm.

Steve has gained over 20 years’ experience in a variety of industry sectors ranging from logistics and facilities management to three years at 20:20 Mobile Group. He joins from Crystal Legal Services, a claims management company based in Crewe. Originally from the south coast, Steve now lives in Haughton, nr Nantwich.

Steve says of his appointment: “I am delighted to join Aaron & Partners at such an exciting time. The firm has enjoyed strong growth and excellent financial performance in recent years, particularly following the opening of the Shrewsbury office and a number of senior appointments in Chester.

“The business is in great shape, but we can’t afford to rest on our laurels. With the legal sector going through a period of great change we need to make sure we are constantly adapting and improving how we operate to meet client needs and expectations.”
