Search Laboratory merges in new Horsforth premises

Leeds digital marketing agency Search Laboratory is to merge its Leeds offices after moving into newly refurbished five story Horsforth premises.

Leeds-based property firm Rushbond Plc completed the deal which is reportedly Leeds’s largest out of town office deal of 2014.

Blokhaus is a landmark building located in a key commercial area on the Leeds outer Ring Road at West Park.

Property agents JLL and Carter Towler marketed the building on behalf of Rushbond.

Search Laboratory was established in Leeds in 2005 and has quickly grown into one of the UK’s leading digital marketing agency specialising in pay-per-click, search engine optimisation, conversion optimisation and website analytics.

The company works with more than 250 clients across 18 countries and currently employs a 180 strong team at offices in Shadwell, Chapel Allerton, London and New York.
