S2S support Mission Christmas Charity Appeal
S2S Group are proud to be supporting Hallam FM’s Cash for Kids Mission Christmas appeal. Acting as a drop of centre for Mission Christmas, S2S Group are collecting donations of gifts at their Rotherham premises.
Launched this week, the Mission Christmas appeal asks member of the public to buy just one extra present that can be given to a disadvantaged child in South Yorkshire to make their Christmas morning that little bit brighter.
Donations of new and unwrapped gifts, suitable for children and young people aged 0 to 18 years, can be brought to S2S at the address below before Monday 15th December. S2S will then deliver all the donated presents to Hallam FM in time for them to be sorted and distributed to local children who are at risk of not receiving a gift this Christmas time.
S2S clients arranging a collection of WEEE, mobile phones, or IT equipment for secure destruction, erasure or recycling before 15th of December are also welcome to add any gifts for Mission Christmas to their collections. Mission Christmas gifts can be handed to our drivers who will deliver them back to the collection point at S2S Group premises.
Grant Barton, Operations Director at S2S Group said: “Thousands of children in poverty will wake up to a Christmas without presents and the Mission Christmas appeal launched by Hallam FM’s Cash for Kids each year helps to makes such a difference for so many children in South Yorkshire. At S2S we wanted to do something to help the appeal. By becoming a drop off point where people can bring their gifts and encouraging our customers to send a donation we can help to make a difference.”
