Sales surge for Springfield Properties

With the launch of three new developments in the last two months, Larbert-based Springfield Properties is experiencing an unprecedented level of sales.

The new developments at Lanark, Uddingston and Milton of Campsie will bring over 200 new homes to the market, and already nearly 20% have been sold.

Already sold out are the eight just-launched two-bedroom apartments at the stunning Winston Barracks development in Lanark. Originally built in the 1930s to accommodate the Depot of the Cameronians (Scottish Rifles), the sensitively restored barracks and the new build homes are proving to be in high demand.

The development will boast 64 three and four-bedroom terraced villas and two-bedroom apartments and start at just £85,000 ranging to the four bedroom terraced villas for £145,000.

The homebuilder’s Uddingston development of 70 two, three and four-bedroom homes and apartments on the outskirts of Glasgow are proving extremely popular, having secured 11 sales in advance of the official release.

Starting at £269,000 to £349,000, the development will feature five new four-bedroom detached house styles from the new Springfield home collection:

Craigellachie from £269,000 Beauly from £283,000 Cromarty from £290,000 Dunning from £315,000 Culbin from £349,000

Springfield’s Milton of Campsie development of 52 two, three and four-bedroom homes on the banks of the Glazert Water below the Campsie Hills is also selling well, with over a fifth of the homes already sold.

Tricia Malek, sales director at Springfield Properties said:

“This has been a record couple of months for sales for us. Our Lanark development is priced extremely keenly and a pent up demand, coupled with good development locations for our developments and the fact that homebuyers have come to realise that a Springfield home offers sensational value for money.

“Only with a Springfield home can customers personalise their home to the way they live and also get a complete home; which includes everything from carpets and tiles, to a very high quality specification on all kitchen and bathroom equipment, as well as fences and front and back lawns - all as standard.

With more developments recently launched and its other 17 developments across Scotland also selling well, it seems that the award winning house builder has found a winning formula with the new home buyers.
